Wednesday! (Episode 4)

Hip Hip Hooray!  It's time for my favorite day of the week!  From the looks of things tonights "challenge" has something to do with a giant sling shot...

I'm happy to report that not only did Kim spend quite a bit of time with a sling in my backyard...

She was also a natural at hitting the bullseye...

Here's hoping that comes in handy tonight!

Sand Volleyball

Kim spent her Saturday in the sand...

Doing one of her favorite things playing Volleyball...

She got second place and even though (according to Sabrina) no one remembers second place I think it's impossible to forget Kim!  TEAM KIM FOR THE WIN!

This crap is cracking me up!  Speaking of crap...man is there a lot of it out there.  It seems like everyone has got an opinion when they're sitting on their couches drinking a brewsky or eating bon bon's.  One thing is for sure, I think being out there in the freezing cold rain with no fire and nothing to eat looks ridiculously hard.  I dare some of those peeps who have so much to say to give it a go and see how well they do.  And just when it seemed like morale couldn't get any lower (click here to see Kim's take on that) the women totally redeemed themselves.  Way to go girls for not giving up...  

Keep on keeping on!  Unlike some of the naysayers out there y'all make me proud to be a woman! (Smile).

Watching last night's episode was a blast!  Carter gripped my hand tightly and we both held our breath for the better part of the immunity challenge.  Those girls are awesome and finally smoked the boy's (not once but TWICE)!

Kudos to the girls for sticking it out through what looked to be and I quote Kim, a "Horrendous" night.  I also love the fact that come morning there was no shame in putting their charm to good use and getting warm at the guys fire.  You know what else there is no shame in?  Beating the guy's twice.  Did I mention that already?  Oops.  My bad.

I think everyone loves a good underdog story (think David and Goliath or one of my fav's Rudy).  There is something about the Salani tribe that just makes you want to pull for them.  I might be wrong but I think I even saw a few of the guys on last nights episode smiling when the girls won.  It was pretty darn fun to see them pull together for a "W".  

So the boys headed to Tribal Council for the very first time.  Most of them were squirming in their seats but Bill appeared to have found some kind of happy pill out there in the jungle, that boy was trippin'!  Queen Colton and his band of misfits get a smiley face in my book for voting out Matt.  Good Riddance.  I'm not sure I could have handled much more of the ego...it's just too big for the small screen!  Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, hey, hey heeeeyyyyy, gooooodbye...

Last night we celebrated Matt's departure by demonstrating the many ways you can wear a buff...

Joel goes with the Sahariane...

Bryan went with the Pirate...

Although he's also a BIG fan of the Balaclava...

Kim demonstrated the Blindfold technique we saw in last night's episode...

And Carter and Cayce went with the always popular tube top and mini skirt options...

Wednesday! (Episode 3)

Two thumbs up it's Wednesday!

Emerson and Carter aren't the only one's pulling for a Salani win tonight.  Jeff is spending the day hanging out at his favorite Bridesmaid Boutique...

He and Kim spent the morning talking strategy over coffee...

And then he helped her pick an outfit for tonight's episode (he's so thoughtful)...

He mentioned she's the most beautiful contestant they've ever had on the show.  Gosh Jeff, that's such a coincidence I totally agree (seriously no makeup and island grime can't hide this girls good looks put her on the cover of National Geographic already)!!

We're all fired up and hoping for a Salani victory tonight!  TEAM KIM FOR THE WIN!!
